Receive Opportunities
The key to being recruited by a college program is exposure. This means letting college coaches know who you are, where you are, and what you can do.

We Help Our Athletes Get Recruited
"Bryan has helped me tremendously throughout my junior hockey career and aided me on my path to receiving a division I scholarship. Junior hockey has a very demanding schedule that takes a lot of commitment and if you’re not practicing or studying for your SATs it is very difficult to stay up to task on all the recruitment steps. Bryan helped stay in contact with all the coaches and recruiters while I wasn’t able to. He helped build relationships towards coaches and helped assure them of my playing status and gave me the exposure I needed to solidify a division I scholarship. Bryan was able to get my name out to schools and was a huge reason I was able to attend American International College this fall. All the questions I had about attending school and the process of clearing house was answered by Bryan and made sure I did not break NCAA rules. Bryan is a huge influence on my hockey career thus far and has helped me to receive an education while being able to continue the sport of hockey."
"When my family and I first met Bryan we immediately recognized his deep passion and commitment to guiding players and families through a successful path to achieving a hockey players goal and dreams of one day being recruited to a College Hockey Program. This can be an extremely frustrating lonely path and definitely a complicated process but with Bryan’s guidance and support the path became much more clear and attainable.
Bryan was great at communicating at all times throughout the entire process, answering many questions from both myself and the College recruiters. He immediately took charge of my future and stepped forward in promoting my skills in the most professional presentations. I could always call him at any time and he was always ready to provide me with positive encouragement and suggestions about my game. Nor I or my parents needed to be concerned about whether the recruiters knew who I was or where I was playing. It allowed us to sit back alleviating any pressure associated with this process.
Bryan always encouraged me to just focus on my hockey performance on the ice and to leave all the off ice exposure to him. Bryan was an amazing liaison and was very well respected with all the College Recruiters. Bryan kept all the scouts up to date with daily player reports and kept them always aware of my hockey stats on the ice. Bryan had great communication and written skills. He knew the game well and was confident. He did a tremendous job communicating with scouts and was very determined to get our family as many offers as possible. Bryan played an integral part in my acceptance to Brown University D1 College Scholarship. He presented our family with a few College options and we decided Brown was where I wanted to go. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan to any hockey player (and family) looking for a professional approach and representation that definitely allows you the exposure you need to insure the opportunity to play College Hockey."
"I write this letter as a reference for Bryan Pearse. We (my family) had a positive experience in having Bryan help me secure an NCAA Division 1 hockey scholarship. It was not long after Bryan started to work on my behalf, that my scholarship to Providence College was secured. In playing junior hockey you do not have a lot of time away from the game with its demanding schedule.
Bryan was able to help on my family’s behalf to reach out to NCAA coaches and communicate with them on our behalf. He was able to get my name to coaches and keep them updated on my situation and progress. Bryan was able to answer all questions I had about the recruiting process, how to proceed in certain situations and not break any recruiting rules. I would recommend Bryan to anyone who is looking to secure a NCAA scholarship."
"Bryan Pearse is definatley the guy you want representing you as an athlete. Unlike other firms or agents and what not he gives you not only one on one attention, but is down to earth and able to connect with you on a personal level to truley find what avenue works best for you. He will go to bat for you, and get the most out of any deal. Im very impressed with his professionalism, and happy wih his services. Bryan's personaltiy dosnt fit the normal mold of an agent which sets him apart from the rest, and why his attitude and positivity is contagious."
"It was my pleasure to interact with Bryan regularly over the last 7 months. He is a bright young man who is motivated to help others and become personally successful in doing so."
"Rising Athletes Advisory really cares about placing athletes and providing 1st class service to their clients. Bryan Pearse approached my son, and wanted to help him get to the next level. After speaking with Bryan myself, it was clear that he really believed in him and was convinced that he could play Division 1 hockey and beyond. Bryan started making calls to schools immediately and kept us informed weekly on his progress. It just felt good from the start and I could tell that he was working hard on our behalf. Schools were now watching and taking notice. on the 17th of December and they offered a scholarship on the 19th. -We had only been working with Bryan since November 14th- I've been involved in hockey for a long time as a former player and coach. Bryan is the real deal and I would personally recommend him to other families and players looking for assistance. He understands the game and the process."
"Rising Athletes assisted our family significantly in the process of college recruitment for Troy. Troy experienced a devastating knee injury his final year in the BCHL and we were concerned the doors of college opportunity would close . Bryan Pearse, however, persevered and reached out to Wisconsin Eau Claire who was in the process of becoming NCAA div 3 champions, Troy is elated with the business school he is now attending and the hockey program is exemplary"
"I was finishing up grade 12 of high school and did not know what my future would hold. My love for the game of golf could only take me so far when playing in local tournaments. When I started working with Rising Athletes, I immediately had schools contacting me with interest in my game. I chose a school that offered me a financial aid package, close to home where I could play the sport I love while studying sports management. Bryan helped me every step of the way, guiding me through the SAT prep, application process, all the way up to my first day of class. I am now attending Adrian College and playing golf everyday, something that would not have been an option for me had I not worked with Rising Athletes."
"Every time I get the opportunity to interview Bryan it amazes me how much he knows about the next up and comer in the hockey world. He truly can identify someone, work with them and help shape them to be a well rounded hockey player on and off the ice.
It's been a pleasure being able to work with Bryan and some of his clients in segments on my show.
"Bryan Pearse of Rising Athletes Advisory Inc. (“Rising Athletes”) has been an instrumental partner in moving our sons to a higher level of hockey and reaching their goal of receiving a NCAA Division 1 scholarship.
When Bryan first approached our family our older son Malcolm was playing Midget B and our younger son Gavin was playing PeeWee AAA. Rising Athletes’ professional consultation and guidance helped Malcolm and Gavin to manage the high time commitment involved in improving their on and off ice performance, putting them in a position to be noticed by the NCAA Division 1 scouts and to ultimately reach their goal of obtaining an NCAA Division 1 hockey scholarship. Rising Athletes is very familiar with the level of play among the various junior leagues in the Canada and the United States, and with that knowledge can pinpoint what, skill level your son’s game is at and which leagues and NCAA schools would best suit his particular educational and game development.
The insightful feedback, deep hockey relationships and continual interaction we received from Rising Athletes helped our family confidently evaluate and make decisions about Malcolm and Gavin’s opportunities. As a result, Malcolm is going into his, Senior year at Michigan Technology University (“Michigan Tech”) and Gavin will be starting his Freshman year at Michigan Tech in September of 2016.
Our family would recommend Rising Athletes to anyone needing advice on how to advance their hockey career and obtain a college commitment."
"Our family hired Bryan in January 2015 to work with our son, Kyle Johnson, who at the time was a 16 year-old forward playing in the BC Major Midget Hockey League. Kyle was an improving player and was beginning to have success at that level but was not receiving any interest from Junior “A” teams. Bryan believed in Kyle and immediately began opening doors for him including getting him on the ice to practice with two BCHL Junior “A” teams prior to the end of the season.
Kyle’s Major Midget team had success in the playoffs and eventually won a Championship and, throughout the playoffs, Bryan was promoting him to specific teams that Bryan believed would give Kyle the best opportunity to make the team and potentially have a good role in his rookie season. Bryan’s efforts helped Kyle get a commitment from the Prince George Spruce Kings which was a team that had numerous graduating forwards.
During Kyle’s rookie season in the BCHL, he was fortunate to receive a great deal of playing time on a rebuilding team and the result was a tremendous amount of improvement and exposure. During Kyle’s rookie season, Bryan promoted Kyle to NCAA coaches of schools with high quality academic programs as he believed Kyle’s strong academic background gave him an advantage targeting those programs and an opportunity to receive a tremendous education.
Bryan’s recommendation to play Junior “A” hockey for a rebuilding team and his promotion of Kyle to the Spruce Kings General Manager and Head Coach may be the primary reason that Kyle received ice time, exposure and improved tremendously which resulted in Kyle receiving an offer from Yale University to play NCAA hockey beginning the 2018-2019 season. As a result of hiring Bryan, Kyle has an exciting hockey and academic future ahead of him"
